Set in the Franschhoek valley, this 25m X 20,5m was built to facilitate use by school children from primary level to matric. The water depth varies from 1,10m to 1,80m, has ten racing lanes and features an area suitable for waterpolo competitions. A separate shallow pool suitable for teaching pre-primary school children was built adjacent to the pre-primary classrooms.
